Four men have died following a single-vehicle crash in Merseyside. The incident occurred on the A565 Southport Road in Ince Blundell at around 3.20am on Sunday.
Details of the crash
Merseyside Police said a black Ford Fiesta left the road and collided with a tree. The four occupants, all men, were pronounced dead at the scene. Their next of kin have been informed.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward. The road was closed for several hours for investigation and has since reopened.
