Girlfriend's Heartbreaking Announcement

Rinaldi wrote: "It is with the heaviest heart that I share the devastating news that Liam passed away following a motorcycle accident on October 30th at approximately 2 AM. He suffered severe injuries, and despite the efforts of those who tried desperately to save him, they were unable to bring him back. There are no words to describe the heartbreak of this loss. This is an incredibly difficult and heart-breaking time for everyone who knew and loved him."

The circumstances surrounding the fatal crash have not yet been disclosed. Fitzgerald had a large social media following, where he shared fitness advice videos and tips on finances. He had more than one million followers on Instagram and also posted mature content online.

Call for Privacy and Tributes

Rinaldi asked fans to respect the privacy of Fitzgerald's family and friends as they mourn. She stated: "Please keep Liam's family, loved ones, and everyone closest to him in your thoughts and prayers. Please give us grace, love, and privacy as they navigate this unimaginable loss. Rest peacefully, Liam. We love you so much."

Fellow content creator Austin Georgas also paid tribute, writing: "I'm so unbelievably sorry brother! I had the pleasure of meeting you a few times and it was truly always love when you were around. God took an amazing human from us today. You have inspired millions of us and I'm so grateful to have even had the chance to know you. Rest in peace. We will see you again soon."

Background and Wider Reaction

Fitzgerald was born in Evansville, Wisconsin, and spent most of his childhood in Washington state before moving to Arizona at 18 and then Miami at 24.

Following his death, other social media influencers reflected on the dangers of riding motorcycles. Fitness model JT Reinhard commented on Rinaldi's post: "Emotional stress and the road do not mix well. Impact almost took my life in January when someone pulled out of an intersection and I was going 55 without a seatbelt. He seemed like he wanted to do good for this world. When I saw the things he valued he reminded me of someone just like me, someone extremely important. The world watched how strong he was, I can't even believe this happened my heart is beating so fast."
