The frightening incident unfolded when Bethan John, 25, and Jessie Thompson, 31, stormed into the shop in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, brandishing a knife. Faced with immediate danger, the quick-thinking store worker grabbed a nearby milk crate to defend himself against the armed assailants.
