Rapper Yung Filly has been found not guilty of three counts of sexual penetration without consent in an Australian court.
The 30-year-old, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was accused of raping a woman, Danni Scott, after performing at a nightclub in Perth in 2024.
Testimony and Verdict
Barrientos denied allegations that he choked and slapped the woman, but admitted biting her, telling the court: "In England, we would call it a love bite."
The jury found him not guilty on three of the six counts, but was unable to reach a verdict on the other three rape charges.
Next Steps
He was found guilty of two counts of assault, while being acquitted of the strangulation and bodily harm charge.
Barrientos will return to court on August 21 for sentencing and remains on bail until then. Prosecutors will decide whether to pursue the three charges on which the jury was undecided.
