A suspended North Wales Police officer has appeared in court charged with rape and other sexual offences. PC Ashley Dodge attended a short hearing at Mold Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 29.
Charges and arrest
He faces charges of rape and three counts of sexual assault, according to NorthWalesLive. The offences are reported to have occurred while he was off duty.
The charges followed his arrest by North Wales Police officers in October 2025. After the arrest, PC Dodge was immediately suspended from duty by North Wales Police.
Next court appearance
At court, he was bailed to reappear at Mold Crown Court for a plea hearing on Friday, November 27.
