Police have launched a manhunt after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted at a shopping centre in Oxford. The victim, who is in her 20s, reported being inappropriately touched over her clothing at around 3pm on June 30 at Templars Shopping Centre in Cowley.
CCTV image released
Thames Valley Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to as part of the investigation. He is pictured wearing a pale pink shirt over a black vest, with a pair of sunglasses on his head.
The force said they believed the man may have important information about the alleged sexual assault. The man pictured has not been identified as a suspect, and the public appeal for him to come forward does not imply guilt.
Appeal for information
Investigating officer PC Emily Rice said: "We are releasing this CCTV image as we believe the individual pictured may have information that could assist our investigation. If this is you, or if you recognise the person shown in the image, please contact Thames Valley Police."
