A woman has spoken out about the humiliation she suffered at her own wedding after her groom used the ceremony to deliver cruel vows in front of millions of online viewers. McKinley Richardson married YouTuber Jack Doherty in Las Vegas, with the ceremony livestreamed to a massive audience.
During his vows, Doherty made a series of brutal statements, telling McKinley she would receive 'absolutely nothing' in a divorce, even if he cheated. He added that if she were unfaithful, she would owe him $10 million, and that he would take 100 per cent of her OnlyFans revenue after any split. He also said she would be barred from dating anyone else for 250 years and would still be expected to 'cook, clean and do my laundry'.
The wedding was not legally binding, but McKinley said she was left 'feeling horrible' by the ordeal. She also revealed that Doherty had made her father stand on stage and read out 'disgusting vows' that disrespected him, leaving her father in tears afterwards. McKinley told Camilla Araujo's podcast that her father said it was 'so humiliating'.
McKinley said she had no idea the prank was planned, explaining that Doherty had been 'amazing in the beginning' but had changed into a different person. Months later, Doherty confirmed the couple had split after McKinley stopped appearing in his videos.
