Two Charged with Murder of 'Kind Soul' in Chelmsford Stabbing

Two teenagers have been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in a park in Chelmsford, Essex. Romeo Mfinda, 18, of Widford Chase, Chelmsford, and a 17-year-old boy, also from Chelmsford, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have both been charged with murder, possession with intent to supply cannabis, and possession of a knife in a public place.

Victim Identified

Radwan Shakur, from Wembley, London, has been identified as the victim by Essex Police. He was described as a 'kind soul' by those who knew him. Mr Shakur was found with stab wounds in Central Park, Chelmsford, and later died from his injuries.

Police Investigation

Essex Police launched an investigation following the incident. The two suspects were arrested and subsequently charged. They are due to appear in court soon. Police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
