Reality Star Tracy Tutor Sues Oren Alexander Over Alleged 2014 Drugging and Assault
Tracy Tutor Sues Oren Alexander Over Alleged 2014 Assault

In a new civil lawsuit, glamorous reality television personality and real estate agent Tracy Tutor has claimed she was sexually assaulted by luxury real estate broker Oren Alexander after being given a spiked cocktail at a networking event in 2014. Tutor, who starred in the popular series Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, alleges that Alexander, aged 38, lured her to New York City before drugging and assaulting her.

Allegations Against the Alexander Brothers

Oren Alexander, his twin brother Alon, and their older brother Tal Alexander, aged 39, are currently awaiting a jury verdict in their federal sex trafficking trial in Manhattan. Prosecutors assert that the trio drugged, raped, and trafficked dozens of women over a decade. The brothers have pleaded not guilty to all charges, maintaining that all encounters were consensual.

Details of the 2014 Incident

Tutor, now 50, claims she was flown to New York City for a networking event at The Skylark rooftop bar after being approached to join the Douglas Elliman real estate firm, where Oren Alexander worked. According to the lawsuit, she was handed a large pink cocktail instead of her usual tequila soda, consumed it, and subsequently blacked out, losing her memory.

The suit alleges that Tutor went missing from the event, and a friend identified as Cory Weiss found her in a bathroom stall with Oren Alexander. It claims Oren was kissing her and touching her in intimate areas, while Tutor was described as acting out of her mind. Weiss allegedly intervened, engaging in a heated exchange with Oren before getting Tutor out of the restroom and away from him.

Aftermath and Suppressed Memories

Weiss later asked someone at the event to ensure Tutor got back to her hotel room safely after deciding to leave following the alleged interaction. Tutor claims she woke up the next day in someone else's hotel room, naked and alone, after being sexually assaulted, and called Weiss. The lawsuit includes graphic details, such as involving a tampon, and notes that Tutor lost her purse, which was later retrieved by Weiss from one of Oren's assistants.

Tutor stated she had no memory of the events that night and suppressed memories of the next day. It wasn't until other allegations surfaced against the Alexander brothers in 2024 that painful memories came flooding back, according to the suit. She then began discussing the incident with Weiss again, who recounted her interactions with Oren.

Legal Proceedings and Responses

The lawsuit seeks statutory damages to be decided at trial. Jason Goldman, a civil lawyer for Alexander, branded the lawsuit as salacious in a statement to The New York Times, calling it a transparent attempt to create headlines and taint the criminal trial proceedings. Goldman noted that Tutor filed the suit on the eve of jury deliberations in the federal trial.

The three brothers face ten charges; if convicted, they all face life imprisonment. Prosecutors called nearly 30 witnesses over five weeks, including 11 women who claimed to have been drugged and sexually assaulted by the brothers. Lawyers for the brothers argued that they were womanizers but not sex traffickers.

The Daily Mail has contacted lawyers for Tutor, Oren Alexander, Weiss, and Douglas Elliman for comment. The suit also claims that Oren Alexander left Tutor a voicemail while on vacation with his family, saying I'm sorry, which surfaced in her inbox after she went public with her claims in an article with The New York Times.
