Hardeep Singh Kohli to Face Trial for Sex Attacks

Scottish comedian and former Big Brother contestant Hardeep Singh Kohli will face trial for sexual offences against three women, with allegations spanning from April 2007 to December 2016. The 57-year-old, of Kelvinside, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday and denied all six charges.

Alleged Attacks at BBC Studios and Hotels

Prosecutors claim Kohli indecently assaulted the first victim at BBC Studios in Glasgow's Pacific Quay by groping her buttocks, seizing her by the body, and hugging her. A second allegation involving the same woman states that Kohli made a sexual comment towards her at a bar and restaurant in Glasgow. The third charge alleges that at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow, Kohli stroked the woman on the back and touched her hair.

Second Victim and Special Defence

Kohli is charged with indecently assaulting a second woman at Cross Keys Hotel in Canonbie, Dumfries and Galloway. He allegedly seized her by the arm, lunged towards her, and attempted to kiss her face. A special defence of consent has been lodged for this charge. Additionally, Kohli is accused of breaching the peace at the same time and place by exposing himself and performing a sex act.
