Three Men Jailed for Decades in Pennsylvania Animal Sex Abuse Case

Three men from Pennsylvania have been sentenced to 20 to 41 years in prison for forcing a teenager to restrain animals while they sexually abused them. The case, described as one of the most extreme animal abuse cases by local prosecutors, involved nine horses, a cow, a goat, and several dogs.

Matthew Brubaker, 31, Terry Wallace, 41, and Marc Measnikoff, 34, were convicted on more than 1,400 counts including sexual intercourse with animals, cruelty, and endangering the welfare of children. The abuse took place at a remote makeshift farm in Munson, Clearfield County.

Police discovered the crimes in August 2018 after a 16-year-old boy living at the property reported that the men used a specially designed V-shaped pen to restrain the animals. Officers seized a large volume of homemade videos and recording equipment.

Clearfield County District Attorney William Shaw stated that the child was taken into protective custody but was not sexually abused. All animals were rescued and are being rehomed with assistance from the SPCA.
