A 13-year-old boy who tragically lost his life after getting into difficulty in the water at a dam in Halifax has been identified locally as Reco Puttock. The incident occurred at Leadbeater Dam on Lumb Lane, near Wainstalls, on Sunday. Emergency services pulled the youngster from the water and rushed him to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
