A Midlands driver experienced every motorist's worst nightmare when a complete stranger suddenly leaped into her moving vehicle during rush hour on the M6 motorway.

The terrifying incident, captured on the woman's dashcam, shows the moment the unidentified man runs across busy traffic near junction 4 of the M6 and forcefully enters her car while it's in motion.

"I was just driving along and this man came from nowhere," the shaken driver recounted. "He just opened my door and jumped in while I was driving. I was screaming at him to get out while trying to keep control of the car."

In the harrowing footage, the woman can be heard pleading with the intruder as he sits in her passenger seat, creating a dangerous situation for both vehicles on the motorway and putting multiple lives at risk.

Desperate Struggle for Safety

The quick-thinking driver managed to bring her vehicle to a controlled stop on the hard shoulder while continuing to demand the man exit her car. Other motorists, witnessing the bizarre and dangerous situation, also stopped to offer assistance.

"I've never been so terrified in my life," she said. "I was just trying to get to work and suddenly I'm fighting with a stranger in my car on the motorway. It doesn't feel real."
