Steven, whose surname has not been released, is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, of slim build, with brown curly hair and a Manchester accent. He was last heard from on Monday, July 6, and is known to have connections across Greater Manchester, including Manchester city centre, Salford, and south Manchester.
A photograph of Steven was circulated as part of the police appeal to help locate him.

In a statement released on Tuesday, July 14, Greater Manchester Police said: "Can you help police find a missing man from Manchester? Steven, 45, was last heard from on Monday 6 July 2026. Steven is described as a white male, approximately 5ft 6, slim built, brown bouncy curly hair and has a Manchester accent. He has links to South Manchester, Manchester City Centre and Salford. Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Steven and want to make sure he is safe and well."
