Essex Police have launched an urgent nationwide search for a mother and her newborn baby who were last seen in Harwich, with growing concerns for their welfare during the current freezing weather conditions.
Constance Marten, 33, and her infant were last spotted on Tuesday evening around 9pm near the port area of the Essex town. Authorities believe they may have travelled to other parts of the country and are urging anyone with information to come forward immediately.
