A missing woman's car has been found at a Welsh beauty spot. The 31-year-old has been reported as missing and police say they believe she is now travelling by foot.
Car located near Towy Valley path
Mary, from Llandysul, was last seen on Thursday at around midday. Her red Vauxhall Corsa was later located near the Towy Valley path in Llandeilo. The path is a 13-mile walking and cycling route that follows the Rivers Tywi and Cothi in Carmarthenshire.
Police say Mary is known to go walking in wooded areas. She has links to Brecon and is described as being around 5'3 in height, of a medium build, with long, straight brown hair.
Police appeal for information
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesman said: "Mary, from Llandysul, has been reported missing in the Llandeilo area."
"Mary is described as being around 5ft 3ins in height, of a medium build, with long, straight brown hair. She was last seen at around midday on Thursday, October 1, and officers are appealing for information to help locate her."
"Mary has access to a red Vauxhall Corsa which has been located in a lay-by near Gelli Aur college, just before the Towy Valley footpath. Mary is known to go walking in wooded areas and is likely to be travelling on foot. Mary also has known connections to the Brecon area."
