The 31-year-old, who is known to frequent the Bright and Mount Beauty areas, is the subject of an urgent manhunt. Freeman is wanted on a slew of serious charges, including reckless conduct endangering life, criminal damage, and assaulting police.

Victoria Police have issued a direct appeal to the public, warning residents of Porepunkah and the surrounding Alpine region not to approach Freeman if sighted. Instead, they are instructed to immediately triple-zero (000).
Authorities have described him as Caucasian, approximately 175cm tall, with a solid build, brown hair, and a beard. His last known location was in the Porepunkah area, prompting a significant concentration of police resources there.
