A major incident has been declared in Luton after a fire erupted at a bathroom showroom on Selbourne Road. Ten fire engines and three aerial platforms have been dispatched to the scene, where firefighters have been working since 6am on Saturday to quash the inferno.

Nearby residents have vacated their homes, and locals are urged to keep their windows and doors shut due to plumes of smoke.
