Australian Looksmaxxer Kicked Off Jetstar Flight Over Surgery Concerns
Looksmaxxer Removed From Jetstar Flight Over Surgery

An Australian 'looksmaxxer' who has gained social media fame for extreme appearance modifications has been removed from a flight after a dispute with two flight attendants. Ronan Androgenic, 25, an online streamer based in Brisbane, was escorted off a Jetstar flight returning to Australia from Thailand on Wednesday. A flight attendant told him it was because his 'face looked ill'.

Incident Details

Androgenic uploaded a video showing him wearing several compression garments, including around his face and neck, after undergoing multiple plastic surgeries. Just four days before the flight, he shared a video indicating he could not get out of bed without assistance and needed a walking frame to use the bathroom. His videos suggest he underwent waist liposuction and buccal fat removal.

In the new video, Androgenic ranted that Jetstar staff woke him after he had fallen asleep before takeoff and were 'kicking' him off 'because I didn't put my medication in my carry-on bag'. A male flight attendant told him: 'Sir, your communication is not good and you're not communicating with us clearly.' Androgenic responded, 'How is it not good? Tell me how it's not good.'

Crew Concerns

The attendant replied, 'Sir, you just had surgery five days ago.' Androgenic claimed his procedures were non-invasive and he was cleared to fly by a doctor two days post-surgery. The flight attendant stated, 'Doctor confirmed, but it's not decided with us. It's different.' Androgenic argued, 'What do you mean? I'm just trying to get on the flight. Do you think I want to come on the flight amped up?'

A female flight attendant added that Androgenic was 'too tired, and when I speak something, and I ask you, your reply was very drowsy'. He explained he had been trying to sleep, but crew members insisted he was drowsy and failed to answer questions properly. Androgenic began swearing, and the crew advised he was disruptive to other passengers. 'Because you guys are doing this for no reason. What the hell was the point of this?' he said.

Removal and Aftermath

The female attendant said, 'The doctor confirmed but we can check your condition as well.' When Androgenic asked what was wrong, the male attendant replied, 'Your surgery. Your swelling right now, your eyes. You are very not condition to go. Your face is very ill.' The woman stated they 'cannot delay anymore' and said airport staff would help arrange his next flight. Androgenic erupted, 'Bro, what? What the f*** do you expect me to do? I need to go home. This is f***ing pathetic. You guys actually could have just f***ing let me lie in my f***ing chair and go to sleep.'

Later, Androgenic claimed the airline was 'imprisoning me in a foreign country' and called the flight attendants 'little dogs'. Jetstar reviewed the incident and stated its staff acted appropriately and respectfully. The airline's crews are trained to assess passenger fitness to fly and can refuse boarding. Jetstar added that passenger safety is its top priority and it does not tolerate abusive behaviour towards staff.

Previous Incident

Androgenic made headlines in late April when he was arrested in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley for allegedly being a public nuisance. A video went viral showing him pushing an older woman to the ground and running away. He was later knocked to the ground and beaten. Queensland Police confirmed he was issued an infringement notice for public nuisance and a one-month banning notice from the safe night precinct.
