Fylde Police plea in search for missing bride-to-be Eren Wright

Police have released new information in the search for a bride-to-be who has been missing for 10 days. Eren Wright, 29, has not been seen since Wednesday, October 27. Her phone has been switched off since she vanished and her bank accounts are completely empty.

Lancashire Police said she was last seen on St David's Road South in the Lytham St Annes area of Fylde at around 10am on October 27. Eren's fiancée, Silas O'Carroll Pond, reported her missing and is pleading with anyone to come forward with information on Eren.

CCTV image released

Police in Fylde previously released a CCTV image of Eren leaving her home on St David's Road South just after 10am on October 27. She was last seen wearing a light olive green hoodie with a painting on the front, beige/cream wide length pants, and battered white trainers. In the CCTV image, she is holding two bags.

Eren is described as white, five foot seven inches tall and slim with blond hair. She has tattoos of vines and a tree on her hand and arms. Speaking earlier this week, Silas said his fiancée's phone last pinged at around 5.30pm in the Birkdale area of Southport.

Investigation focused on Fylde coast

However, Fylde Police have now said they are not focusing on Southport in their investigation. They said, while looking for Eren, officers made numerous enquiries locally and outside of Lancashire – in particular Southport and Wigan.

As a result of those enquiries, their investigation is now focused on the Lytham, St Annes, Fairhaven, Blackpool and Fylde coast area. However, if information comes in linking Eren to other areas, they will investigate.

Appeal over online speculation

The force also issued a warning about people spreading rumours about Eren online. They said: "There has been a lot of speculation and conversation online about Eren being missing and we would like to remind you that Eren is a real person and has a lot of people who love her.

"This is a very difficult time for them and online speculation does not help them. We ask that your refrain from speculating online and if you have any information which could help our officers, please report it using the appropriate channels."

For immediate sightings of Eren, call 999. Any other information, contact 101 – quoting log 1309 of 27th October.
