An elderly woman has died after being hit by a lorry on a busy high street in London. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon on the A10 in Edmonton, north London, near the junction with Church Street. Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service and the Metropolitan Police, were called to the scene at around 1:30 PM.
