Molly Martens, who was convicted of killing her husband Jason Corbett in 2015, is now living in a modest $299,000 (£225,000) home in Tennessee with her partner Josh Parrott and their newborn baby boy. The property, located in Kingston, Tennessee, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Martens, 42, and her father, former FBI agent Thomas Martens, 76, were found guilty of second-degree murder in 2017 after Jason was bludgeoned to death with a baseball bat and a concrete brick while he slept in his bed on August 2, 2015. Their convictions were later overturned, and in 2023 both agreed to a deal with prosecutors, entering new pleas of voluntary manslaughter. In June 2024, they were released from a North Carolina prison after serving four years and three months.
Support Through Meal Train Appeal
Martens has resorted to receiving food and financial support through an online Meal Train appeal set up to help her and her partner as they welcomed their first baby together. The exact date of the birth has not been publicly confirmed, although messages on the Meal Train support page indicate that the baby's arrival was being celebrated earlier in October.
The property address is where Molly's sister-in-law Mary Reid Martens requested food deliveries on the Meal Train support page to be sent for Molly as she settles into motherhood. It is not known whether the couple purchased the property together or whether they are renting it.
Inside the Tennessee Home
The modest property sits on a 0.6-acre plot and boasts 1,260 square feet of living space. Built in 2008, the property is listed at $299,000 with Zillow and marked as sold. Photographs taken when the property was advertised for sale offer a look inside the house, showing a living room decorated in warm brown tones, a kitchen with wooden cabinets and a bathroom fitted with a corner bathtub.
The exterior features a beige-coloured façade, an attached double garage, a broad concrete driveway and a neatly maintained front lawn, with mature trees surrounding the grounds. The living room photographs show a traditionally furnished space dominated by brown upholstered seating. A brown sofa with rolled arms and decorative upholstery studs sits alongside a matching armchair, while a large patterned rug covers much of the floor.
The kitchen photographs reveal wooden cabinetry, speckled counter tops and a white electric cooker with four exposed heating elements. The cabinets have a traditional wood finish, with metal handles, and the flooring features a mottled brown pattern. Yellow-toned walls add colour to the room, giving it a more traditional appearance than a contemporary, minimalist kitchen. One of the bathroom photographs shows a white corner bathtub fitted with a curved chrome tap and clear controls. Another photograph shows the home's entrance area, with a white front door featuring a glazed panel.
Renewed Focus on Jason's Family
The available property photographs pre-date the couple's reported move into the home and do not show a nursery or establish how the rooms are currently being used. Despite its three-bedroom layout and sizable plot, the property is relatively modest by US luxury-home standards.
The news of Martens' pregnancy, announced earlier in 2026, and subsequent birth of her baby boy, has brought renewed focus to Jason's family and the experiences his older children have spoken about publicly. Sarah Corbett Lynch has previously described the coercive control, manipulation and abuse that she and her brother say they experienced growing up. Jack also expressed concern for the unborn baby, saying he hoped the child would be healthy and grow up safe and protected.
