New Castle County Police officers were dispatched to the residence in the Oak Hill area at 11:16 pm on Sunday night. The call to emergency services was categorised as a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, police discovered Linda Stevenson, 64, unresponsive in the living room of the home.
