Detectives investigating an alleged upskirting incident in Cardiff have released a CCTV image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries. The incident is reported to have taken place on August 10, and officers are appealing for the public's help in identifying the individual.

South Wales Police are urging anyone who recognises the man or knows of his whereabouts to come forward. A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers investigating a report of upskirting that occurred on August 10 in Cardiff are today appealing for information in connection. Investigators believe the man in the image may have information that could assist their enquiries. If you know him, please contact South Wales Police."
