Organisers of Tonnau Festival in North Wales have cancelled the event following the sudden death of an 18-year-old girl who suffered a severe medical emergency on site.
Incident Details
Emergency services were called to the Carreglwyd Estate near Llanfaethlu at 1:45 am on Sunday, July 12, after reports of a teenage girl in medical distress. Despite paramedics' efforts, she was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The festival organisers released a statement saying they are "deeply saddened" by the tragedy. The event has been cancelled as a mark of respect.

North Wales Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death. No further details have been released at this time.
