A former paramedic in Maryland has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after filming himself contaminating colleagues' food, drinks and office equipment at the Baltimore County Fire Department and distributing the videos online.
Christopher Carroll, 36, posted at least 64 clips to the subscription kink website JustForFans, where users paid $7 each to view the material, according to local outlets WBAL and the Baltimore Banner.
Contamination of Shared Facilities
Court documents viewed by the New York Post indicate the acts allegedly began in September 2025. In one clip reported by WBAL, Carroll urinated into a community ice machine, used a scoop to mix the contents, wiped himself with the tool and gave a thumbs-up to the camera. More than a dozen firefighters later used the machine. Underneath the video, court papers revealed he wrote: "They always say don't drink the yellow snow, but I'm just trying to make a slushie."
In other incidents, he masturbated into a coffee creamer bottle before returning it to a shared fridge, ejaculated over a female supervisor's keyboard at the spot where she ate her daily meals, and targeted food being cooked inside the station.
Arrest, Charges and Clean-Up
Fire chiefs called in specialist hazmat teams to decontaminate offices and stations, replacing the ice machine and sanitising emergency vehicles after his DNA was found around the facilities.
Carroll was arrested in February 2026 and hit with 23 counts related to his conduct. In August, he struck a plea deal and pleaded guilty to three counts of causing the ingestion of bodily fluids.
Sentencing and Victim Response
Addressing the court during his sentencing hearing, Carroll said he deeply regretted his actions, according to the Baltimore Banner. He told the court: "I'm truly sorry to everyone who has been involved. I'm absolutely ashamed that I caused so much hurt."
Deputy State's Attorney Lisa Dever told the court: "That is what this defendant brought to a community of people who only want to serve." One victim said Carroll had "(preyed) on the very people who trust him most and chose to violate us for his own twisted gratification," the Banner reported.
Carroll, who worked as part of a quick response team helping people in mental health crises and with drug addictions, admitted he was trying to make money from the acts.
Prosecutors warned there may be more victims after discovering clips showing him urinating into a fragrance dispenser at a doctor's surgery, CBS News Baltimore reported.
