Darren Lynn, a 45-year-old man wanted in connection with stalking allegations, a breach of a restraining order, and threats to commit criminal damage, may have fled to Scotland, according to Durham police.
Details of the Offences
The alleged incidents took place in Ferryhill, County Durham, in June 2025. Durham police have been searching for Lynn since August 2025, nearly 12 months ago. The force stated that there is no wider risk to the public.
Possible Location in Scotland
Police Scotland has acknowledged the appeal from Durham officers. A spokesperson confirmed that Lynn may be in the West Dunbartonshire area, particularly around Dumbarton, where he has connections.
Appeal for Information
A spokesperson from Spennymoor and Ferryhill Police said: "We would like to speak to the 45-year-old in relation to stalking, a breach of his restraining order, and threats to commit criminal damage."
