South Wales Police has confirmed the sudden death of a 41-year-old man in Tongwynlais, a village on the outskirts of Cardiff. Forensic officers were seen carrying out investigations in the area on Sunday, October 11.

Officers were called to the wooded area near the Taff's Well roundabout at around 12.10pm on Sunday. A police presence is understood to have remained in the area for much of the afternoon and evening.
No suspicious circumstances, file prepared for coroner
A spokeswoman for the force said there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. A file has been prepared for the coroner.
