Shane Porter, 35, has been charged with murder following the fatal shooting of 36-year-old Jimmy Ward at a traveller site near Cricklade, Wiltshire. Porter also faces a charge of possession of a shotgun without a certificate.

Mr Ward was declared dead at the scene after police were called at about 8.15am on Sunday. Tributes have described him as a "legend" father and grandfather.
Eddie Porter, 74, and Tammy Brown, 42, both of Luton, have been charged with assisting an offender and possession of a shotgun without a certificate.
Legal proceedings
All three have been remanded into custody and are due to appear via video link at magistrates' court tomorrow morning (Thursday).
