The family of a four-year-old girl who died after a road traffic collision have paid tribute to her as a “cheeky, funny and sassy little girl” who was looking forward to starting primary school.

Olive Farrow's tragic death

Olive Farrow, aged four, sadly died in hospital on Sunday following the collision. Her family expressed their heartbreak in a statement released through Nottinghamshire Police.

“Our beautiful, funny, cheeky and sassy little girl Olive has been taken from us far too soon,” the family said. “She was so excited to start primary school and had such a bright future ahead of her.”

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash. Officers have appealed for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
