£5k Reward for Info on Pembrokeshire Nightclub Assault

Crimestoppers has announced a reward of up to £5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of two men believed to be linked to a serious assault at Sands nightclub in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. The incident occurred during the early hours of Sunday, February 8, this year.

Police Investigation and Injuries

Dyfed-Powys Police first launched an appeal in March as officers sought to identify two individuals, captured on CCTV footage, who they wished to speak to in connection with the incident. Two victims sustained significant facial injuries following the alleged assault. Police were called to the nightclub following reports of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and actual bodily harm (ABH), with investigators subsequently launching an extensive inquiry.

Officers have continued to carry out a number of inquiries since the incident. In a bid to secure information, independent charity Crimestoppers is now offering a reward of up to £5,000.

How to Claim the Reward

According to the Crimestoppers website, the reward will only be payable for information passed directly to Crimestoppers and not to the police. A reward code must be asked for when calling on 0800 555 111. If contacting Crimestoppers via the online form, the ‘keeping in contact’ facility must be used, and a reward code must be requested on initial contact. By contacting Crimestoppers, informants will remain completely anonymous.
