Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are building a $33 million 'forever home' on England's South Coast, situated next to a naturist beach. The 20-acre seafront site features a brutalist-style, single-level U-shaped home with a central courtyard and lap pool, designed by an architect originally trusted by the Royal Family.
The property includes five bedrooms, a private 1,200-foot beach, a 42,000-square-foot boating lake, a wild swimming pond, and a treehouse for their children. A gym, indoor lap pool, and stables are also planned, reflecting the couple's active lifestyles and Huntington-Whiteley's passion for horses.
Huntington-Whiteley has expressed a desire for a slower, more grounded existence, recalling her rural Devon upbringing. The couple, together since 2010, have sold their Malibu beach house and now split time between their Chelsea townhouse and the new build, which has caused some local frustration over construction traffic.
