The Coastal Breezer open top bus has returned to Wirral, connecting Seacombe Ferry Terminal and New Brighton for the summer holidays. The service, operated by Stagecoach, will run until Monday, August 31.
Service details and schedule
Buses depart from Seacombe Ferry Terminal at half past the hour from 10.30am, with the last departure at 5.30pm. From New Brighton, Kings Parade, buses leave at 10.52am and then every hour until 5.52pm.
The service was created to give families, day-trippers and visitors a panoramic way to enjoy the Wirral waterfront.
Free travel and pricing
Free travel is available for Mersey Ferry ticket holders and Eureka! annual pass holders. Passengers should show their River Explorer Cruise ticket or pass when boarding. The return journey on the Coastal Breezer (route 400) from New Brighton to Seacombe Ferry Terminal is also free.
Otherwise, pricing is £1 for an adult single, or a family ticket for £5 (up to two adults and three children).

Weather and further information
The open-top service will run weather permitting, offering sweeping views across the River Mersey and Liverpool Bay as it heads toward one of the North West’s most loved seaside destinations.
