Crash at junction 16
The crash is impacting traffic on the anticlockwise carriageway at junction 16 A666 Manchester Road (Pendlebury), according to traffic monitoring system Inrix.
Lanes one and two of four on the M60 are closed, with severe delays of 13 minutes and delays increasing on the stretch between junction 17 A56 Bury New Road (Prestwich / Whitefield) and junction 15 M61 J1 (Swinton Interchange), according to AA traffic maps.
