The Ivy has confirmed it will open two restaurants in Newcastle in December, and the full Brasserie menu has now been released, featuring its signature fish and chips and a £32 Sunday dinner.
The famous chain, known as a haunt for celebrities, will launch The Ivy Brasserie on December 1 and The Ivy Asia on December 3. Both venues will be located in the former Lloyds bank building on Grey Street, with the Asia restaurant upstairs and the Brasserie on the lower floor.
Opening Dates and Venue Details
The opening dates were projected onto Grey Street and the side of the Baltic in Gateshead on Tuesday. Plans to bring the brand to Tyneside were initially delayed by the Covid pandemic in 2020, but the launch is now moving ahead.
Reservations went live online at the same time as the Brasserie menu was unveiled.
