Prince Harry's eco-travel firm Travalyst has reported losses of £13,542 for 2025, according to annual accounts seen by The Sun. The Duke of Sussex, 40, founded the not-for-profit organisation in 2019 to promote environmentally friendly tourism.
The previous year, the firm recorded a profit of £138,827 and paid a tax bill of £88,836.
Spokesman Defends Loss
A spokesman told the outlet: “It was a planned and small loss of £13,000, very typical of a lean, not-for-profit organisation, making a critical investment for the future.”
“Travalyst remains confident in its financial oversight and the strength of its partnerships.”
Family's Return to UK
The news comes as the Duke is slowly settling back in the UK. Harry brought his family back to the UK last month, six years after he quit his royal duties and left the country for a new life in America.
Prince Archie, seven, and five-year-old Princess Lilibet had only just started the new school year in England after the family relocated from the US. However, within a few days, it emerged that the Sussex children will join a new school, after heavy traffic and the lengthy journey reportedly put the Sussexes' security team under strain.
Earl Spencer's Book
It also comes as Harry's uncle, Earl Spencer, published his book about Princess Diana this month. It is understood that Prince Harry was aware of the book but not of its contents.
