A former Omaze winner has transformed a £3 million Cornwall mansion into a holiday rental, offering stays from as little as £35 per person per night. Kew House, located in the coastal village of St Agnes, was the prize in an Omaze draw in 2024. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom property is now available through luxury holiday letting company Perfect Stays for groups of up to ten guests.
Accommodation and Pricing
Week-long breaks at Kew House start at £2,450, which equates to £35 per person per night when the group is full. Three-night stays are also available from £2,050. The price includes bed linen, a welcome hamper, and concierge service. Up to two dogs are permitted.
The property features an open-plan kitchen and dining room with seaside-inspired neutral décor, landscaped gardens, and a sunken hot tub. Its elevated position offers countryside views and is a short distance from the north Cornwall coast.
