Thrill-seekers heading to Benidorm this summer can experience one of the world's largest water slides, recently opened at Aqualandia. The new ride, named Cyclon, features a height of 36 metres and a length of 200 metres, making it among the biggest globally.
Riders can reach speeds of up to 60 km/h as they navigate twists and drops, culminating in a 'zero gravity' vortex measuring 20 metres in diameter with a 45-degree inclination. The rafts seat up to four people, allowing families to enjoy the attraction together.
Aqualandia already boasts Europe's highest standing slide and the world's highest capsule slide. The park offers 15 water rides ranging from infantile to radical, with Cyclon classified as a 'moderate' attraction. Tickets start from €26 per person.
