Jeremy Clarkson has offered two tickets to the England World Cup match against Ghana at Boston Stadium, potentially saving a lucky fan thousands of pounds. The Clarkson's Farm star made the generous offer on X, writing: 'I have two tickets for the England game in Boston this afternoon. Anyone want them?'
Clarkson's Generous Offer
The post quickly gained over half a million views, with fans eagerly accepting. Due to overwhelming interest, Clarkson clarified: 'I'm in Boston and I have these 2 spare tickets. To get them, you need to be in Boston too.' It remains unclear how he plans to deliver the tickets to the chosen fan.
This offer comes weeks after Clarkson revealed he had been diagnosed with 'aggressive' prostate cancer. The 66-year-old is now officially in remission and is not ditching the game but has spare tickets.
Cancer Remission Announcement
Days ago, Clarkson declared himself 'the world's luckiest man' after a follow-up Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test two months ago showed no indication of cancer. He stated: 'It was an aggressive type of cancer. It could have spread, it could have gone into the pancreas, it could have gone anywhere, and that would have been trouble.'
He urged others to get checked, saying: 'This is why I have to say to everybody who's reading this, please, please, please go and get checked. It's not uncomfortable, it's not undignified. And it's a no-brainer. I did, and that's why I'm sitting here talking to you 11 months down the line. I've seen so many people die of cancer. It doesn't bear thinking about what it must be like to live knowing that an illness is going to kill you.'
Health Journey and Future
The details of his diagnosis aired in the final episodes of Clarkson's Farm, which he warned would be a 'difficult watch' for some viewers. The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? host will still need regular blood tests and monitoring but remains positive and hopeful the cancer will not return.
