Potters Resorts has been named the best holiday park in the UK according to a survey by consumer champion Which?, achieving a customer score of 87%. The survey, involving 1,700 members, assessed parks on cleanliness, accommodation, activities, and value for money. Potters, which operates in Essex and Norfolk, is predominantly for adults but welcomes children in Norfolk during summer. Its all-inclusive pricing covers meals, drinks, activities like pickleball and archery, and evening shows, earning a four-star rating for value despite being the most expensive option.
Forest Holidays ranked second with an 80% customer score. The company runs eight parks in England, three in Scotland, and two in Wales, offering log cabins and treehouses. While praised for accommodation quality and cleanliness, it received only three stars for value for money.
Bluestone Wales placed third with a 77% score. Located in Pembrokeshire, it offers luxury lodges and cottages and scored highly for accommodation and children's activities, but also received a three-star rating for value.
At the other end of the spectrum, Pontins secured the lowest spot with a 56% customer satisfaction score, repeating its last-place finish from 2024. The brand now operates only the adults-only Sand Bay Holiday Village in Weston-Super-Mare, with other parks closed. Guests criticised the accommodation as dirty and outdated, though some praised the entertainment and value. Largo Leisure Parks, based on a small sample of 30 respondents, scored 64%, prompting a spokesperson to highlight its strong online reviews on TripAdvisor and Google, where parks are rated 4.3 or above.
