Wowcher is offering an Amsterdam Christmas Market Mini Cruise for two from £89, working out at as little as £44.50 per person and saving up to 62% compared to DFDS prices, according to the deals website. The two-night trip departs from the Port of Tyne in the evening, with passengers spending the night at sea before arriving in the Netherlands and having around five hours to explore the Christmas markets in Amsterdam's city centre.
Deal details and inclusions
An Amsterdam mini cruise for four is also available for £129, working out at £32.25 each, although local taxes may apply. Optional breakfast and cabin upgrades are on offer, and coach transfers between the ship and Amsterdam are included. On board, passengers can enjoy bars and restaurants, live music, a cinema, and a games area.
Prices for two adults sharing an inside cabin start from £136 in December on the DFDS website, so holidaymakers can save more than £45 by booking through Wowcher. Valid travel dates run from December 3 until December 27, coinciding with the arrival of Amsterdam's largest Christmas market.
Christmas Village Amsterdam and more
Holidaymakers can visit Christmas Village Amsterdam, open from December 3 until December 27 this year, with more than 50 stalls, food and drink spots, and an ice rink next door. Other attractions in Amsterdam include canal cruises, the Van Gogh Museum, and the Anne Frank House.
Wowcher notes a supplement of £25 per booking for travel between Thursdays and Saturdays, and there can be no cancellations or changes once booked. Vouchers are valid for redemption until December 29, 2026, and the discount is applied at the end of the booking process.
