Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Drops to £11.37pm in Giffgaff's £240 January Sale
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE deal: Just £11.37 per month

In a major January sale move, Samsung has decisively undercut rivals Amazon and Apple on the price of one of its latest smartphones. Mobile network Giffgaff has launched a stunning offer, knocking £240 off the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE.

The Deal: How Much Can You Save?

The price cut is substantial. Shoppers can now get the Galaxy S25 FE for just £11.37 per month when spreading the cost over a 36-month period, with a £20 upfront payment. This brings the total cost down to £429.32, a significant drop from its usual £669 price tag.

This new price point makes it cheaper than buying the phone outright from Amazon, where it is listed at £649. It also undercuts the budget-friendly rival from Apple, the iPhone 16e, which is priced at £499 (reduced from £599).

To secure this deal, customers must pair the Samsung handset with an 18-month data plan from Giffgaff. Options include a 50GB plan for £12 per month or a 100GB plan for £15. For example, choosing the 50GB data allowance results in a combined monthly payment of £23.37 for the phone and plan.

Why Giffgaff's Offer Stands Out

While other networks have competitive pricing, Giffgaff's deal offers superior value on data. For instance, Sky Mobile offers a plan at £23 per month, but this only includes a meagre 100MB of data, making Giffgaff's 50GB or 100GB options far more compelling for modern users.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE itself, unveiled in September 2025, is positioned as a more affordable sibling to the standard S25 model. Available in Navy or Icy Blue, it comes with 256GB of storage as standard.

Premium Features at a Budget Price

Despite its reduced cost, the device is packed with high-end features. It boasts a 6.7-inch dynamic AMOLED 2X display, a versatile camera system including a 50MP wide lens and a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

It also incorporates a suite of Galaxy AI functions and offers full access to Google Gemini. Daily Express Technology Editor David Snelling, who tested the phone at launch, described it as feeling "super premium in the hand" with a "pixel-packed" display.

He noted: "There are all the AI smarts found on the standard S25... plus other features such as fast charging and a toughened design." His only reservations were the single large screen size option and the original price point, making this new, lower cost from Giffgaff particularly appealing.

This aggressive pricing from Giffgaff, effective from 15 January 2026, represents one of the most significant contract deals currently available on the UK market for a recently released premium smartphone.
