Ubisoft's first full remake in the Assassin's Creed series, Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, launches worldwide on Thursday, July 9, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game is available on Steam, Epic Games Store, and the Ubisoft Store on PC, but no Switch 2 version has been announced yet.

Deluxe Edition and Pre-Order Bonuses
The deluxe edition, digital-only, costs £59.99 and includes the Master Assassin Character Pack (customisation items for Edward Kenway) and the Master Assassin Naval Pack (extra ship cosmetics). All pre-orders receive the Blackbeard's Crimson Pack, featuring a red costume, sword, and pistol.
Collector's Edition
The collector's edition is priced at £174.99 and includes a copy of the game, an exclusive steelbook, Edward's metal brooch, a 12-inch Edward Kenway statue, a cloth world map, Edward's logbook, a sea shanty music sheet, and all digital content from the deluxe edition. As of writing, it appears sold out everywhere, but retailers like Argos, Smyths, and Amazon may have stock on launch day. It is also expected to appear on eBay at higher prices.
Ubisoft is not offering early access to Black Flag Resynced, so all players will set sail on July 9.
