Starbucks Peppermint Mocha finally arrives in UK after 20 years
Starbucks Peppermint Mocha finally arrives in UK

Starbucks has confirmed that its Peppermint Mocha, a holiday favourite in the US for over two decades, will be available in the UK for Christmas 2026. The drink, priced at £5.40, is part of a new peppermint-focused range that marks the first UK release of the beverage in more than 20 years.

The Peppermint Mocha, first introduced for the 2002 festive season, became Starbucks' most popular holiday drink in the US. The UK version combines the chain's signature espresso with steamed milk, peppermint flavour syrup, and mocha sauce, topped with whipped cream and peppermint sugar sprinkles. It is available hot or iced.

Peppermint range expands

Alongside the Peppermint Mocha, Starbucks is offering several other peppermint drinks. The Peppermint Hot Chocolate, from £5.40, features steamed milk, peppermint flavour syrup, and mocha sauce, topped with whipped cream and peppermint sugar sprinkles.

New for this year is the Iced Peppermint White Chocolate Matcha, from £5.75, combining Matcha Green Tea with milk, ice, and peppermint flavour syrup, finished with white chocolate flavour cream cold foam and peppermint sugar sprinkles. The Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino blended beverage, from £5.70, blends peppermint flavour syrup and mocha sauce with milk and ice, topped with whipped cream and peppermint sugar sprinkles.
