The Russell Hobbs RHDH1061G Grey Dehumidifier has been reduced to £41.99 for Amazon Prime Big Deals Days, down from its usual price of £56.99. The compact appliance, which was described as the best compact dehumidifier by a product tester, is now available for less than £50.
A compact solution for small spaces
Dehumidifiers work by pulling moist air over freezing metal coils, turning water vapour into liquid drops that drip into a tank, and then blowing warm, dry air back into the room. Removing excess moisture from the air prevents mould and mildew, reduces allergens, and protects homes from damp.
The Russell Hobbs model is designed to fit into small areas, making it suitable for a home office, utility room, or small living space. Its sleek, contemporary design ensures it blends into its surroundings.
Expert tester's verdict
Writer Georgie Darling praised the dehumidifier for its compatibility, calling it “a compact and lightweight device that can fit in any small space, making it a great shout for bathrooms.”
Darling also noted that “it can remove up to 300 ml of water per day from the air and has an auto shut-off function that prevents overflowing.” The appliance is considered one of the best dehumidifiers for bathrooms of all sizes.
Prime Day savings
The discount is part of the Amazon Prime Big Deals Days sale, which has delivered savings on household appliances including coffee machines and vacuum cleaners. The dehumidifier deal offers a chance to invest in a mould- and damp-busting appliance ahead of winter.
