Major retailer Quiz is closing all its remaining 37 stores after plunging into administration for the second time in less than a year. The Scottish fashion chain, first launched in 1993, collapsed into administration on February 5 and is now set to cease trading before the end of July.
Administrators Oversee Closure Programme
Administrators from Interpath Advisory are currently overseeing the closure programme, with stores set to shut down over the next few weeks. Five stores are closing this weekend alone.
Stores Closed This Weekend
- The Hanley and Mansfield branches closed their doors for good on Saturday.
- The Carlisle and Eastbourne stores are expected to close at noon on Sunday, June 14.
- The Basingstoke branch located at Festival Place is due to wind down its operation on Sunday as well.
All remaining stores will close by the end of July, marking the end of the brand's high street presence.
