Pizzeria Vesuvio, a long-standing Italian restaurant in Swansea, has announced it will open a second venue in the city centre. The new brasserie, named La Cantina Royal, will be located in the Princess Quarter development on Princess Way, a glass-fronted office and retail building developed by Kartay that previously housed the Mamma Mia restaurant.
A new culinary chapter in Swansea
The owners have promised the same family warmth customers know from Vesuvio, which has operated on Neath Road for generations. An announcement from the business said: "A new culinary chapter is beginning in the heart of Swansea. Welcome to La Cantina Royal — your new home for high-class cuisine right in the city centre."

Elevated dining in a new setting

The Princess Quarter building offers 15,000 square feet of office space and adaptable retail units on the ground floor, which the restaurant will move into. The office space includes three glass rooftop meeting rooms and a green rooftop terrace.
