One Stop is providing all franchise partners with access to its order aggregation solution, helping stores simplify operations, improve efficiency, and maximise online sales opportunities. The convenience retailer said its franchise partners already benefit from competitive commission rates and a fully managed online delivery solution, so its latest investment forms part of One Stop’s ongoing commitment to provide partners with the tools, technology and support they need to grow their businesses and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Rollout across 240 franchise stores
By introducing the solution across more than 240 franchise stores this autumn through Deliverect technology, it enables franchise partners to manage orders from Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats and Snappy Shopper. Instead of switching between different devices and platforms, stores can now process, manage, and fulfil all incoming orders through a single device.
The solution also introduces a standardised picking process, which, said One Stop, helps to simplify operations, reduce errors, cut staff training requirements, and lower picking costs.
Franchisee benefits and insights
Tim Josephs, head of online at One Stop, said: “Online delivery continues to create significant growth opportunities for independent retailers. By providing our franchise partners with access to a proven and successful order aggregation solution, we’re helping them improve operational efficiency by simplifying the day-to-day management of online orders, while also providing actionable business insights via our state-of-the-art dashboard.”
“The solution gives stores greater visibility of their performance, enabling them to identify sales trends, uncover growth opportunities and make more informed business decisions. Best of all, we’re protecting franchisees’ margins by covering all monthly integration fees.”
The platform also supports improved stock management and product scanning functionality, helping stores reduce refund claims.
Early trial feedback
Raj Sangha, a One Stop franchise partner whose Erdington store was among the first to trial the solution, said: “The biggest benefit for us has been simplicity. Managing online orders across different delivery platforms used to be time-consuming, but having everything brought together in one system has transformed our day-to-day operations. It has improved efficiency for colleagues and made a noticeable difference to the overall customer experience.”
One Stop has provided dedicated onboarding support and guidance to help stores maximise the benefits of the platform.
