The unlimited pasta deal includes freshly made spaghetti carbonara with egg, guanciale, Pecorino, and black pepper, served in the pan. Diners can order more whenever they are ready. The current record stands at seven bowls of carbonara, set by a competitive diner.

For those who prefer other pasta dishes, the lunchtime menu also offers fettucine all vodka, Italian sausage, nduja and mascarpone bolognaise, and beef shin & pork shoulder ragu. The bottomless packages include garlic bread and truffle potatoes.
