McDonald's Extends Breakfast Hours Across UK

McDonald's has announced it will extend breakfast hours to 11am in 115 additional restaurants across the UK, primarily in the South East. This move means 10% of the chain's UK outlets now offer the later cut-off time, with a potential nationwide rollout later this year if the trial proves successful.

The extended hours cover locations in Kent, Hampshire, Dorset, and Sussex, including several service stations. Customers can also order via Uber Eats until 10:45am from participating restaurants. The change follows a six-week trial in seven restaurants in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.

Meanwhile, McDonald's has temporarily sold out its newly revamped Bacon Roll across the UK and Ireland due to unprecedented demand. The product is expected to return early next week, just in time for customers in the extended breakfast areas to enjoy it until 11am.
